About The Role

As a member of the Apparel Team at 100 Thieves, the Fulfillment Support Coordinator will help ensure our fulfillment team is meeting our logistics expectations. In this role, you will manage our returns process and resolve any issues by communicating clearly with vendors and customers. You will analyze trends, identify gaps, and design simple and effective support interventions that improve our logistics experience. The ideal candidate must have the ability to handle difficult situations with a positive perspective, excellent problem solving skills, and moves quickly and proactively. 


  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 1+ year experience in the apparel industry preferred
  • 1+ year experience in e-commerce 
  • Experience in order fulfillment/inventory management preferred
  • Experience with international shipping procedures, and export documentation
  • Must know how to use Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive 
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of customer support KPI’s
  • Shopify, Returnly, Asana, Shipbob and Gorgias knowledge is a plus


  • Oversee and manage our entire returns process from start to finish; this person will be responsible for keeping track of all returns arriving at our fulfillment center and ensure all are marked accordingly on our return platform 
  • Learn all products and processes and ensure product information is up-to-date to ensure shipping operations are complying with international export
  • Pull reports and analytics, where necessary, and provide insight
  • Use various databases to document, track and maintain a detailed daily log of inventory, orders, and returns
  • Become the point of contact for any fulfillment related responsibilities with our third party logistics as well as in-house needs
  • Monitor and manage internal and external shipments and ensure they are arriving on time 
  • Ensure our fulfillment center is staying on top of our standard SLA lead times
  • Assist our customer support team when needed by communicating with customers through our ticketing system and various platforms
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies with orders and returns
  • Create resources and ensure up-to-date returns, orders and support information is available on various documents
  • Track concerns and escalate at-risk issues to management when needed
  • Generate Warehouse Receiving Orders for all incoming shipments 
  • Run various reports and provide inventory availability, processing time, and order status to management when needed
  • Manage reporting to verify all e-commerce orders have been fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Research and resolve any errors or issues delaying order fulfillment
  • Working with the planning and allocation team to secure proper inventory and allocation
  • Manage the processing of order entry for all internal orders with existing inventory
  • Work with our 3rd party warehouse to place time sensitive orders, schedule pick ups, deliveries, and appointments
