About The Role

100 Thieves is currently looking for a passionate and experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager for our team. This individual will be critical for driving strategy, content development, and publishing across all 100 Thieves.com and email properties (main site, shop, and competitive teams).

Requirements

  • Knowledge of product driven ecommerce space regarding strategies, research and best practices 
  • Experience in Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo and other CMS dashboards/stacks required
  • 4+ years of web management and production 
  • A great eye for design and user experience
  • Experience managing customer activation & retention campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Experience in content stack planning, staging and publishing
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple sources of data and prioritize issues towards a goal
  • Experience in HTML and CSS 
  • Understanding of the current gaming landscape from publishers, creators, esports and events a plus

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and maintenance of our .com and ecom site stacks
  • Lead eCommerce customer activation & retention initiatives to drive customer engagement  
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly site experiences to ensure 100 Thieves fans are informed and satisfied 
  • Oversee the ongoing development, execution, and management of CRM retention programs
  • Develop, manage and scale existing and new customer loyalty and subscription strategies and initiatives to retain key customer segments
  • Identify, analyze, and report on program performance and customer trends/patterns and leverage data to optimize CRM programs
  • Analyze and report on daily ecommerce business KPIs including performance of CRM, promotional and operational programs
  • Develop against core KPIs and OKRs to ensure success and optimize for future developments
  • QA site functionality, especially in advance of drops, to eliminate issues and errors
  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure asset, site builds and publishing are on time and on budget
  • Have a knowledge of current and future trends and advancements in web technologies in order to drive channel improvements
  • Understand user behavior through data to help improve site engagement and increase conversion of key metrics
  • Troubleshoot any integration or general issues regarding our site experiences across the business
