To kick off the second day in Sapporo, Group A will face Group C, including the North American powerhouse team, Team Falcons. Teams will face each other in a round-robin format to accumulate points for qualification into the next round. The bottom 20 teams overall will be pushed into Elimination Round 1, where they will fight for a chance to return to the Winner’s Bracket. Meanwhile, the top 20 teams overall will qualify directly into the Winner’s Bracket.
