Foundations Collection Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with 100 Thieves. Any item you purchase from the 100 Thieves Foundations Collection (each a “Product”) is subject to this “Return Policy”, as specified in our Terms of Service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR ITEMS SOLD BY 100 THIEVES NOT INCLUDED IN THE FOUNDATIONS COLLECTION.
Returns are only accepted within the United States of America (including Hawaii and Alaska, but not including Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other US territory). We are not accepting returns from outside the United States of America at this time.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from the Foundations Collection, please see below for your next steps.
Returns
To return a Product, please go to 100t.happyreturns.com and follow the instructions set forth therein (the “Return Process”). You will need your order number and shipping ZIP code to begin the Return Process. A shipping label will be issued to you if you complete the Return Process correctly. Please use the provided shipping label to return your Product(s) to 100 Thieves.
You have twenty one (21) calendar days after the date you place your order with 100 Thieves to initiate the Return Process for your Products (the “Return Process Date”). Your Products must be shipped and arrive at the applicable 100 Thieves facility (the address detailed in the shipping label described above) within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Return Process Date to qualify for returning under this Return Policy. If you do not initiate the Return Process in the applicable timeframe, or your Products do not arrive at the applicable 100 Thieves facility in the applicable timeframe, we will not accept the return of said Products, and your Products will no longer qualify to be returned to 100 Thieves.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED AN EIGHT DOLLAR ($8) PROCESSING FEE. This fee is assessed per set of returned Products. For example, if you return three (3) Products at the same time, through the same Return Process, and in the same package, you will be charged only one (1) eight dollar ($8) processing fee.
To be eligible for a return, your Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, have the hang tags attached, folded neatly into the original clear garment bag the Product arrived in, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it (the “Return Criteria”). In the event your Products do not meet the Return Criteria, your return will likely be denied.
Return Denial
100 Thieves may, in its sole and absolute discretion, deny your request to return any Product. All returns, store credit, gift cards, and/or refunds discussed in this Return Policy are offered and/or issued in 100 Thieves’ sole and absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt nothing herein obligates 100 Thieves to accept your return or provide you with store credit, gift cards, and/or refunds. RETURNING A PRODUCT DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED/REFUNDED FOR SAID PRODUCT.
In the event 100 Thieves denies the return of any Product, 100 Thieves shall determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what to do with the denied Product. For the avoidance of doubt, if you attempt to return a Product and the return of that Product is denied by 100 Thieves, 100 Thieves shall determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, if it will return the Product to you, retain the Product, and/or any take any other action with the Product. By returning any Product to 100 Thieves, you are expressly agreeing to give up your rights to said Product.
Store Credit
Once we receive the Product you wish to return, we will inspect it to determine if it meets the Return Criteria, as set forth above.
If your Product is approved for return, 100 Thieves will provide you with store credit (or a gift card) to the 100 Thieves store (found here: https://100thieves.com/) in the amount equal to the price you paid for the returned Product(s), not including any shipping costs or taxes associated with your purchase of the returned Product, minus the eight dollar ($8) processing fee. To illustrate the foregoing, if you paid $100 for your Product, $5.99 in shipping, and $8.99 in taxes, you would receive $92 dollars in store credit (or as a gift card) upon 100 Thieves’ approval of your return.
You are not guaranteed store credit (or a gift card) for any Product you purchase from us. 100 Thieves makes all store credit (and other return) decisions in its sole and absolute discretion.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the event you receive a Product that is damaged and/or defective upon your receipt of said Product, please reach out to support@100thieves.com. 100 Thieves will work with you to process your damaged or defective Product on a case-by-case basis. All damaged or defective Products will be evaluated by 100 Thieves to determine if they qualify for a refund. Nothing herein guarantees you a refund (or any other type of reimbursement) on any damage or defective Products.
In the event 100 Thieves approves your damaged or defective Product for a return and refund, 100 Thieves may initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). When you receive the credit refund will be determined by your personal card issuer’s policies. The refund for the approved damaged or defective Product will be in the amount equal to the price you paid for the returned Product(s), including any shipping costs associated with your purchase of the damaged or defective Product. 100 Thieves may provide you with store credit (or a gift card) or a replacement Product, rather than a refund to your credit card, for damaged or defective Products approved by 100 Thieves for return, in its sole and absolute discretion.
No Access to Returns
In the event attempt to return a Product you damaged, or attempt to return damaged or defective Products without contacting 100 Thieves, or you otherwise abuse or misuse this Return Policy, 100 Thieves may remove your ability to participate in this Return Policy in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event you are blacklisted from utilizing the Return Process, you will no longer be able to access the Return Process dashboard, or return any Products to 100 Thieves. If you believe you have been banned from accessing the Return Process incorrectly, please contact support@100thieves.com.
Exchanges
100 Thieves is unable to accept exchanges for any Products.
Other Collections
Notwithstanding anything above, we will not be accepting returns on any items or products sold on our website that are not included in the Foundations Collection.
Final Sale
Item marked for final sale are not eligible for returns, including any items that may be included in the Foundations Collection.
Updating the Return Policy
100 Thieves reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN GUARANTEES YOU THE RIGHT TO RETURN OR REFUND ANY PRODUCT.
